The next 24 and 26 October will be presented in Madrid and Barcelona respectively the Practical Guide to self-diagnosis and reporting in compliance, good corporate governance and prevention of corruption, prepared by TI Spain in the framework of the Integrity Project.
The guide is intended to promote in companies a self-assessment system to know their status in reporting and regulatory compliance. It brings together national and international legal regulations, as well as soft law and international best practices as self-assessment indicators and a rating scale based on the mandatory nature of the standard. The guide is the product of more than two years of research on a cross-sectional and cross-sectional study within the framework of the Integrity-TI Spain Project that develops three areas of work: integrity in the private sector, integrity in the public sector and transparency. The ultimate purpose of this guide is to provide a framework for regulatory compliance with a comprehensive legal framework and current voluntary compliance with good governance, compliance and transparency, on the one hand, to be able to know where the company is located in these materials and, on the other hand, offer guidelines for the development of an entrepreneurial culture oriented to the highest international standards.
