Transparency International Spain has presented the fourth Report on the degree of compliance by public institutions with the legal regulations on contracts, prepared with the collaboration of the Observatory of Public Procurement. In this report, the level of compliance with the legal obligation to publish the contracts in the Public Procurement Platform of the State is reviewed again by five groups of public institutions: City Councils, Autonomous Communities, Provincial Councils, Parliaments, and Public Universities. The report shows that although the number of compliant institutions has increased, the number of public entities that violate this legal regulation is still too high.
